1. Acceptance of Terms

juan357 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentation to confirm your identity, age, and location. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by juan357, you must register a player account. You may only hold one account on the juan357 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of the information you have provided changes. juan357 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify juan357 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. juan357 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

juan357 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). juan357 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the deposit page for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 or as otherwise specified on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. juan357 reserves the right to extend this period where additional verification is required.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by juan357:

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the juan357 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to the rules and terms of those providers in addition to these Terms. By playing any game on the platform, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game as published by the game provider.

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, are conducted by professional dealers in regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly, and juan357 does not have the ability to influence or manipulate game results.

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair play;
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to place bets or play games;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or juan357's systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players, dealers, or juan357 staff;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the platform or any game;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

Any violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, the forfeiture of any balances, and the reporting of your conduct to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

juan357 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents;
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed);
• At juan357's sole discretion for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. If your account is terminated for reasons other than breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the juan357 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and juan357. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or such other arbitration body as may be agreed upon by the parties.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, juan357 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of juan357's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

14. Amendments to These Terms

juan357 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the juan357 platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the juan357 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
